As an initial note, these features may or may not be prioritized over the may other issues standing at large on melativ, the main one being the conversion from the old-templating system to nuclear framework. Hence, the time-requirements of these items may be limited, though depending on the use, necessity, and importance to users these may take precedence. (T_T for now there is only 1 developer doing the XML/XSL/CSS/API/DB, but with users a big item of testing is off that list ^_^)

In short, users take precedence.
